1. Introduction

Welcome to the GTA 6 Creators Hub ("we," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Terms

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account using a supported third-party OAuth provider (Google or Discord). By creating an account, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
• You may only operate one primary account per person.
• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your connected OAuth accounts.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Creator Content

Our platform allows users to upload, link, and share content such as custom maps, races, RP servers, and modifications ("Creator Content").

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of any original content you submit.
• License: By submitting Creator Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.
• Rights: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share the content you upload.
• IP Compliance: Your content must not unlawfully infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting or transmitting harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory content.
• Uploading malicious code, malware, viruses, or linking to harmful external sites.
• Impersonating any person or entity, including platform administrators or other creators.
• Engaging in spam, unauthorized advertising, or excessive self-promotion in irrelevant areas.
• Uploading illegal content or content that violates applicable laws.

You must comply with all content moderation decisions and directives issued by the platform administration.

5. Intellectual Property

The GTA 6 Creators Hub name, logo, site design, and proprietary code are the intellectual property of the platform operators.

Disclaimer of Affiliation: "Rockstar Games," "Grand Theft Auto," and "GTA" are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive. The GTA 6 Creators Hub is an independent, community-driven platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

6. Content Moderation

We employ both automated systems and manual review processes to ensure compliance with these terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Remove, edit, or reject any Creator Content at any time, without prior notice.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or community guidelines.
• Act upon reports generated through our community flagging system.

7. Ratings & Reviews

The platform features a community-driven rating and review system. All feedback must be honest, constructive, and based on genuine experiences. The artificial manipulation of ratings (e.g., review bombing, incentivized positive reviews, or using secondary accounts to inflate scores) is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

8. Collaborations

Our Collab Board is provided solely as a venue for creators to discover and connect with one another. The GTA 6 Creators Hub is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any agreements, transactions, or disputes that arise between creators interacting through the Collab Board.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. By using our service, you acknowledge that we collect basic profile information from your OAuth provider (such as your email address and display name), as well as content uploads and standard usage analytics to improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, from user-generated content, or from disputes between users. As a platform in active development (including pre-launch phases), features are subject to change, removal, or modification at any time.

11. Founding Creator Program

Benefits associated with our Founding Creator Program or Early Access badges are provided at the platform's sole discretion. These benefits may evolve, change, or be retired over time. We do not guarantee specific monetary or visibility outcomes as a result of participating in these programs.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use the service and requesting account deletion. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
